Airlines use a set of core 'Competencies' to measure your performance. These range from Communication to Leadership and Teamwork to name a few. We'll give you example questions and how to adapt your answer to highlight these skills.

Group exercises are designed to observe your soft skills of Communication, Leadership and problem solving. We'll guide you through how best to get through these exercises confidently.

Yes - Airlines today all use very similar metrics to determine your performance. These are focussed on key competencies and we will give you the tools you need to develop each of them for the best chances of success.

Whilst having a solid technical knowledge will benefit you in understanding how the aircraft works, a Captain requires a range of skills such as Leadership, Decision Making and Failure Management. New Captains are assessed on all of these skills, not just technical knowledge. Our course will guide you through all of these.

Our courses are generally around 2 hours long and held online via Zoom. You will be sent a login link the day before the course starts. Sometimes we go over this time if required but the price will be the same regardless of the time!
